Q. Will the unusual disk size play in my computer?

A. Yes, it will play in virtually any PC running Windows 2000 or later with a spindle or tray CD player. If your computer has a spindle in the center, the disk simply pushes down over the spindle. If it has a tray, it drops into the smaller tray in the center.

Q. Does the Video Business Card install anything on my computer?

A. No. There's nothing to download and nothing to install. The CD auto-starts, so there's no initial action required from the user, and no worries about software conflicts or virus issues.

Q. What's involved shooting the video sound bite?

A. The interview setting makes it easy because you're not looking into the camera. You are talking with someone and the camera is off to one side, just like on the TV morning talk shows. It is normal for anyone to get a little nervous about being video taped, but our clients are confident in the value of their services and are naturally enthusiastic about the benefits of doing business with them.

Q. Is it expensive?

A. No. Most businesses will find the Video Business Card an affordable an effective multi-tool marketing campaign. For about the price of creating and printing a modest brochure, we will come to your location to learn about your business, help you develop your sound bite, shoot and edit your video, program all the information, and duplicate the discs.

Q. Can my partner be on the same card?

A. Yes, we can put two to four people on the same Video Business Card. There is space for approximately seven minutes of video on the disc, so availability is there. However, each video shot does incur a charge.

Q. How effective is the VBC as a direct mail marketing piece?

A. Market research shows that compared to print-only direct mail pieces, the Video Business Card produces a much higher interest and response rate. Its unique size and shape creates instant curiosity and people are more likely to remember its content.
